Just up the hill from UNC’s campus, sits the Cameron-McCauley Historic District of Chapel Hill. Campus amenities are walkable, as is the restaurant district on Franklin Street. Brunch at the historic Carolina Inn, dinner on the open air rooftop at Top of the Hill, or beers at the Carolina Brewery are all less than a mile walk. The charming downtown of Carrboro is just a 5 min drive away. Outstanding home in a perfect location! We visited Chapel Hill for a college tour and we couldn’t have picked a better place! Josh’s home was perfectly situated on a quiet, tree-lined street that is a very short walk from the UNC campus and Franklin St. The home was nicely designed with comfortable beds and all the necessities. Extras included an exercise room and a wonderful outside deck! When back in Chapel Hill, would definitely stay here again!

Went to Chapel Hill for the annual Carolina-Duke basketball game and stayed here. It’s well situated between Franklin Street and the Dean Dome. The house was clean and well stocked. One small issue with the door keypad, but I called Josh and he got it resolved immediately. It was a great experience! I’d definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time here as we were in town for a basketball game! Extremely walkable and the place had everything we needed and more! Coffee bar was excellent and really enjoyed the table tennis and exercise bike. Will look to stay again for future sporting events as the place fit all our needs!

Incredible place in an incredible location! If you’re coming to Chapel Hill for a game or anything near campus, I can’t think of a better place to stay. The house is very comfortable and allows for room to spread out with the kids. The ping-pong table was a definite hit! Will be back soon.

Our family of 6 (me & my husband plus 2 adult children & spouses) loved staying in the house over the Christmas holiday while visiting local family. The house was spotlessly clean & fresh, without the harsh cheap cleaner smell that many rentals have. The beds were extremely comfortable with luxury bedding. The kitchen was very well equipped & our foodie group enjoyed whipping up some nice holiday meals together. We appreciated having the gym space downstairs to fit in a quick workout between holiday events. The front porch swing was a peaceful spot to read & relax. Wish we had more time to spend outside with nice decks & plenty of seating. Josh was helpful & attentive despite the holiday timeframe. Hope to come back again our next time in town.

House is in a great location for visiting the University! Extremely clean, spacious rooms. Comfy living room. Ping pong table and Peleton are nice touches. Will def return if circumstances allow!

Had a lovely stay at Josh’s place. He clearly cares about the guest experience and it shows in every thoughtful detail. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and great West Elm quality. We were especially impressed by the coffee, espresso, and tea selection, plus the to go cups, which was perfect since we were there working and loved grabbing coffee on the way out in the mornings. Josh checked in on us during our stay and was very attentive without being intrusive. The home is newly renovated, check in was seamless, and we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the extra toiletries. I even forgot a razor and there was a disposable one with a mini shaving cream waiting for me. Those are the touches that show how dialed in he is as a host. Truly a 10/10 stay. Do not hesitate to book. ❤️
